Harvey Prince Inc. is the industry-leading provider of prestige products and the Anti Age Perfume™ to fine pharmacies, department stores, professional salons and upscale boutiques (clients). The following points outline Harvey Prince’s privacy policy as it applies to our clients:

Harvey Prince Inc. does not sell client or client employee/partner demographic data (e.g. mailing addresses) to third parties for any purpose.

Harvey Prince Inc. does not share client or client employee/partner demographic data with third parties for any purpose other than the direct fulfillment of the client's programs, unless required by federal or statutory law. When data is shared with third parties for the purpose of program fulfillment it is provided strictly on a need-to-know basis. For example, "Ship To" addresses will be provided to a shipment carrier such as Federal Express ™ for the sole purpose of physical delivery of the award order.

Access to participant data by Harvey Prince Inc. personnel is for the sole purpose of client program administration and is restricted to authorized personnel.

As Harvey Prince Inc. provides prestige products to our clients, Harvey Prince Inc. will provide our clients with information about orders and related activity for the purpose of program utilization, auditing, quality control, and billing as applicable. If surveys are a part of your program, responses are kept anonymous unless otherwise clearly indicated within the instructions. The use of demographic information is governed by Harvey Prince’s client/sponsor privacy policy.

Harvey Prince’s ® Privacy policy has been updated on 2/2/08 to reflect our use of web beacons. Web beacons enable us to collect anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to better serve you by improving our site's content.

Harvey Prince’s ® adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our web and retail sites. We have developed our privacy practices from guidelines established by the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Association of National Advertisers, and the Direct Marketing Association.

Gathering and Use of Information.

Harvey Prince ® collects information voluntarily provided from our consumers through our web sites, 800 numbers, retail locations, registration cards, and any other points of personal data gathering. We do not require personal information to obtain general access to any of our web or retail sites. The information collected is used to improve our services to you and to better serve your buying needs.

The information collected from you on our web and retail sites provides Harvey Prince ®. with valuable information about your interactions with our brands, assists us with the development of new products and services, and helps us evaluate what types of information might be of interest to you. By using information in this manner, we can ensure that we will continue to offer you the best experience possible. Please note that any information you submit implies consent for use of the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

After you register with us, with your permission, we may occasionally send you information or promotional materials on Harvey Prince ®. products and services that might be of interest to you. If you prefer not to be contacted by us, you can request to be removed from our e-mail list by sending an email to unsubscribe@harveyprince.com.
